TÜV SÜD-NAMIC: Quality and Production Management for AM

The course provides a practical overview of the requirements in setting up an effective QM system specific to AM serial production, and the factors that determine the quality of AM-produced parts. With a functional and practiced QM, the fluctuation in the quality of parts can be reduced, thus, reassuring reproducibility. Topics covered in this course include the typical challenges and solutions in implementing 3D printing technologies as an Additive Manufacturing (AM) solution, the application of quality adjustment and monitoring methods, and the understanding of the factors that determine the AM quality-decisive properties.

The course deliverables are derived from past experiences of the AM production industry to avoid pitfalls, hence, shortening the time to market. This achieves a high degree of quality for your customers and creates the basis for reproducible AM series production.

A certificate will be provided at the end of the course.
