Did you know satellites have been shrinking in size these days? And because of this, companies are also moving to create smaller, lower-cost rockets to support the satellites launched.

Californian start-up, Launcher, is one of the notable companies combining liquid propulsion technology and metal 3D printing to create efficient rockets and transfer vehicles to deliver small satellites to orbit.

Their low-cost Launcher Engine-2 (E2) rocket engine, designed using Stratasys Direct Manufacturing and Velo3D’s metal AM technology, has been optimised for mass production.
