Research done on ‘Assessment of design mechanical parameters and partial safety factors for Wire-and-Arc Additive Manufactured (WAAM) stainless steel’, where WAAM-produced 308LSi stainless steel elements were subjected to tensile tests. WAAM has the potential to produce large-scale structural elements of various shapes and sizes.
