EVreporter speaks with Amit Nanavati, the Founder of Bralco Advanced Materials, a Singapore-based company specialising in application research, product development and commercialization of Additively Manufactured functional components using advanced, high performance functional and magnetic materials. The interview highlights the relevance of AM in producing electric powertrain components.
Mr Nanavati shared that the benefits of using AM are shorter lead times, reduced cost of prototyping and most importantly, the ability to manufacture components with “complex geometry, 3D magnetic flux flow, light weight and micro size”.
