Emerson Opens 3D Printing Plant in Singapore

US-based additive manufacturing heavyweight Emerson has launched a new 3D printing plant in Clementi, Singapore. The state-of-the-art facility is Emerson’s second worldwide development hub, and comes as part of Emerson’s ongoing investment in the Asia-Pacific region, which has totaled over $80 million in the past five years. The new centre uses advanced industrial three-dimensional (3D) printing capabilities to produce special customised and application-specific parts and products which are impossible to manufacture with traditional technology.
