Additive Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

Fu Yu Corporation Ltd is looking for an independent and high motivated Additive Manufacturing Engineer to join the Additive Manufacturing Team in Singapore. 

Job Duties

The successful candidate is expected to contribute to research & development activities for new product development and production scale up of 3D printed products where he/she will be carrying out the following work scopes including but not limited to:

• Design, prototype and validation of product designs.
• Review functional and printability of 3D models based on necessary specifications and requirements for each project.
• Carry out operations on selected 3D printing machines for new product development which includes material printability, process optimization and post processing.
• Identify new opportunities for adopting 3D printing technologies in existing manufacturing process.
• Documentation of work procedures and data according to ISO standards requirements.
• Maintain and upkeep of AM lab according to HSE standards and is responsible for equipment scheduling and maintenance.

- Experience in additive manufacturing technologies
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Knowledge in Product Design & Development will be advantageous
- Familiar with CAD (computer aided design) software will be advantageous
- Experience with machining manufacturing environment will be advantageous
- Strong teamwork and ability to manage cross-functional and institutional relationships
