The Additive Innovation Centre (AIC) Experiential Visit
28 August 2024
About the Visit
Additive manufacturing is revolutionising the way the manufacturing industry produces through on-demand production, which allows for flexible inventories and reduced physical inventory storage space. It also facilitates regionalisation and localised production, which helps to mitigate supply chain disruptions caused by geopolitical conflicts and global pandemics. Additionally, this digital manufacturing technology greatly expands our design freedom for smarter and better products.
The Additive Innovation Centre (AIC) is supported by National Additive Manufacturing Innovation Cluster (NAMIC), which is a national platform hosted by the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR). It provides integrated end-to-end additive manufacturing and pilot batch production solutions for industry partners and is a one-stop hub for the co-creation and co-innovation of industry-ready solutions, accelerating the translation of high-value additive manufacturing technologies to business outcomes.
Join for an experiential visit to AIC and hear from industry experts and business managers as they share their journey on adopting and expanding additive manufacturing applications in their organisations!
