Two recent application-driven consultation highlight this shift. In the fast-moving consumer goods sector, Creatz3D worked on an adaptive label gripper fixture for robotic arm systems. Leveraging advanced polymer technology and materials, the solution reduced downtime, improved operational efficiency, and streamlined the bill of materials from over 200 to just 18 components. Turnaround time was significantly compressed – from months to just 15 days, from conceptualize through to final part delivery.

In the semiconductor industry, the team supported a client facing supply chain volatility and stringent precision requirements. By engineering customised ceramic lifting pins for CVD chambers, produced locally through ceramic 3D printing, they achieved tight tolerances and delivered 600 validated sets in weeks instead of months. Both consultation approach demonstrates technical know-how, combined with digital inventory and localized production, can significantly mitigate risks in global supply chains.
