business started in 2002 as four individual Globaltronic companies. A merger and acquisition were initiated in 2018 by Yamaichi United Group with a Singapore holding company known as WEGT. In 2021, the company incorporated as a group of companies, leading to a newly rebranded entity – Globaltronic Group.
