Products and Services
Farsoon FS621M installed at Falcontech to reach 50 Farsoon metal systems layout for Super AM Factory
FS621M: Addressing the metal industrial manufacturing challenges including productivity, size constraints, powder management, process control and factory layout, Farsoon developed the latest FS621M featuring an industry-leading, expansive build platform size of 620×620mm and vertical axis of 1.1 meter with powerful single 1000W laser or quad 500W lasers allowing for great rates of production.
Farsoon FS421M Installation at leading aerospace service bureau in ChinaTurbine Cooling Testbed measuring 365 x 365 x 320mm produced by FS421M in Titanium
FS421M: The FS421M is the first large-format metal platform with CAMS™ continuous production capability. With its expansive 425x425x420mm build cylinder size and optional multi-laser enabling enhanced production speed while the internal rail system enables the fast exchange of cylinders between builds. The advanced, fully enclosed industrial powder handling system ensures improved efficiency and safety during the operation.
Farsoon HT1001P installed at industry-leading manufacturing customers amongst BMW Group, FKM and Modellbau Kurz
HT1001P: With continuous production capability, the CAMS™ HT1001P features currently largest 1000x500x450mm build volume on market allows for unparalleled batch production of small parts or fabrication of a single large part. The HT1001P is also capable of processing of high-performance materials with maximum build chamber temperature 220°C.
Farsoon delivers largest plastic system orders in 2020 including 3 Flight 403P
Flight HT403P: Farsoon’s latest innovation of Flight Technology™ takes advantage of more powerful and stable fiber lasers in place of the standard CO? lasers found in standard laser sintering systems, to offer much faster scanning speed, higher productivity and fine detailing features as small as 0.3mm. Combined with high-temperature capacity up to 220°C, Flight Technology also offers flexibility of future AM material development. First application on Farsoon’s flagship production system 403P series (build envelope of 400 x 400 x 450 mm or 400 x 400 x 540 mm) leads to a powerful, yet versatile polymer additive production.
