The Company

Craft Health is a Singaporean Deeptech company revolutionising pilltaking with 3D printing technology. Our platform combines CraftBlends, a proprietary 3D printable formulation database with FDA-approved materials that enable varied release profiles (immediate, delayed, or sustained), and CraftMake, an in-house, GMP-ready 3D printer. This printer can do high-throughput printing of nutraceuticals and pharmaceuticals without heat or UV exposure. By integrating hardware and formulation expertise, Craft Health simplifies the process of creating custom pills, offering innovative solutions for the pharmaceutical industry.

Products and Services

The Craft Health technology platform consist of 3 segments:

  1. In-house 3D printer specialized for 3D printing of nutriceuticals or pharmaceuticals (CraftMake). We have developed a GMP ready 3D printer specialized for the high throughput 3D printing of nutriceuticals and pharmaceuticals without heat or UV. We can print formulations of different release profiles within the same pill.
  2. Software – CraftControl. No code 3D Printing: Digitizes a formulation into an exact, repeatable build file. Also enables single operator to control multiple printers.
  3. 3D Printable Premix – CraftBlends. Using FDA GRAS excipients for easy preparation with active ingredients for different controlled release profiles. Custom formulations available on request.

Applications:

Pharmaceutical industry:

(1) Use of 3D printing in clinical trials allow for small batch quick turnover of changes in dosing on site.

(2) Combination of multiple medicines into a single pill to address issues of polypharmacy and poor adherence to medicines.

Nutraceutical industry:
