The Company

Bralco Advanced Materials, a Singapore based SME, is engaged in developing and manufacturing engineered magnetic materials using additive manufacturing and machine learning technologies. The products developed are used in electromobility, telecom, aerospace / satellites, defense and robotics applications.

MAGNETIC EMI ABSORBERS:

We have developed novel, high-performance Electromagnetic interference (EMI) absorbing material that absorbs EMI as opposed to reflecting as is done in the conventional process, has a wide operational range, supports 5G applications, is lightweight and low cost. The EMI shielding absorbers are used in electronics, semiconductors, aerospace/satellite, telecom (5G), defense, EV/AV, and a whole host of other industries where electromagnetic / electromechanical/ electronic devices are used.

MAGNETS:

We develop and manufacture topology optimized magnetic cores, consisting of stators, rotors, and permanent magnets, for electric motors having complex design, lightweight, compact size, and high-power density for performance applications in motors for Electromobility & Robotics.

MAGNETIC FILAMENTS:

We develop and manufacture magnetically loaded filaments with polymer, ceramic, and composite matrix for use as feedstock in magnetic metal FDM extrusion process of additive manufacturing. The end products are used in EV/AV, aerospace, defense and robotics industries.

MAGNETIC CHARACTERIZATION:

We offer a wide range of advanced magnetic characterization services to support R&D of soft and hard magnets.
