MAGNETIC EMI ABSORBER:
We have developed novel, high-performance Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) absorbing materials that absorb without reflecting like conventional reflectors. Our absorbers have a wide operational range, support 5G applications, are lightweight and low cost. The EMI shielding absorbers are used in electronics, semiconductors, aerospace/satellite, telecom (5G), defense, EV/AV, and a whole host of other industries where electromagnetic / electromechanical/ electronic devices are used.
MAGNETIC EMI ABSORBER:
We develop and manufacture topology optimized RF waveguides, antennas, PCB casings, gaskets.
MAGNETIC FILAMENTS & PELLETS:
We develop and manufacture magnetically loaded filaments and pellets with polymer matrix for use as feedstock in magnetic metal FDM extrusion process of additive manufacturing. We also manufacture EMI & electrostatic dissipative (ESD) pellets for injection molding. The end products are used in EV/AV, aerospace, defense and robotics industries.
BRALCO COMPOSITE CF REPLACEMENT FOR ALUMINIUM 6061:
We produce 3D printed parts made from our proprietary advanced composite materials. Bralco’s carbon composites are a superior alternative to many other materials, including Aluminium 6061.
