AML3D® provides Wire Additive Manufacturing (WAM®) on-demand services in the Asia Pacific region. We are the original equipment manufacturer of ARCEMY®, large format metal 3D printers with the capability to create high-performance products with locally sourced materials closer to the location of use.
We are well-positioned to service the Oil & Gas (offshore and onshore), Mining & Resources, Manufacturing, Marine and Defence industries for commercial operating part supply; be that prototyping or manufacture high-wear and obsolete parts. Currently, we have a head office in Adelaide (Australia) and satellite sites in Singapore.
AML3D® services focus on WAM® for the creation of certified medium- to large-format metal parts, where faster delivery, lighter weight and stronger mechanical properties are required. When compared to traditional subtractive, cast or forged methods, WAM® can save up to 80% material waste and can be up to 30% stronger.
Certification and compliance with Global Standards is core to our service delivery. AML3D® has relevant certifications to ensure that parts are designed and manufactured to Global Standards. These certifications include Lloyd’s Register, ISO9001, American Welding Society (AWS) and bizSafe3 compliance. DNV-BL certification is currently underway with certification approval expected early 2021.
