Gradient Additive Sdn. Bhd. is an industrial additive manufacturing and engineering bureau based in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, Malaysia. From high-performance polymers such as PEEK, PEKK and PEI (ULTEM™ 1010/9085) to metals including titanium and Inconel, we help manufacturers move from prototype to functional, end-use parts. Our in-house fleet covers fibre-reinforced FFF, metal FDM and large-format SLA, backed by a qualified production network for HP Multi Jet Fusion and laser powder bed fusion (LPBF). Combined with reverse engineering, design for additive manufacturing and precision machining, we deliver jigs, fixtures, tooling and production components for aerospace, defence, semiconductor, oil & gas and general industry. Our R&D team is also developing additively manufactured components for PEM hydrogen applications.

- Polymer FFF / FDM printing: PA6, PA12, PC, PEEK, PEKK, PEI 1010 / 9085 and ESD-safe grades, with continuous-fibre reinforcement (Markforged).
- Metal FDM: sinter-based metal parts on Markforged Metal X.
- SLA printing: Formlabs Form 4L – engineering, flame-retardant, ESD and Alumina 4N technical-ceramic resins.
- MJF (via production network): HP Multi Jet Fusion PA12, incl. ESD-capable options.
- Metal SLM / LPBF (via production network): Ti6Al4V, Inconel, 316L, AlSi10Mg, CoCr, CuSn10, 18Ni300 maraging steel.
- Reverse engineering & 3D modelling: scan-to-CAD, legacy and obsolete part recreation.
- Design & manufacturing: design for AM, part consolidation, jigs, fixtures, end-of-arm tooling and industrial mechanical parts.
- Precision machining & post-processing: CNC finishing of printed parts to tolerance.
