About the Role

Eye-2-Eye is expanding and is looking for a Senior Marketing Executive based in Jakarta to support our regional operations across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

This is a high-impact, execution-driven role focused on driving lead generation, brand visibility, and marketing performance across multiple markets. You will work directly with regional leadership and sales teams to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Regional Campaign Execution

• Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across ASEAN markets
• Support demand generation initiatives to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth
• Align closely with sales teams to ensure marketing contributes directly to revenue

Digital & Website Management

• Manage and update website content, landing pages, and basic SEO
• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all digital assets

Social Media & Content Marketing

• Plan and manage social media calendars and content
• Drive engagement and inbound leads through structured content strategies
• Maintain strong and consistent brand positioning

Events & Partner Marketing

• Coordinate and execute regional events, exhibitions, and partner activities
• Manage vendors, logistics, and on-ground execution
• Work with cross-border teams and external partners

Marketing Performance & Operations

• Track campaign performance, leads, and conversion metrics
• Provide insights and reporting to optimize marketing effectiveness
• Support CRM and marketing tools for execution and tracking

What We Are Looking For

Experience

• 6 –10 years of experience in B2B marketing or related fields
• Proven ability to execute across digital, events, and social channels
• Experience working across multiple markets or regional teams is an advantage

Critical Requirement (Non-Negotiable)

• Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Must be able to communicate, present, and operate fully in English in a professional business environment
