Basic Requirements:

  • Open to either highly experienced sales professionals or fresh graduates/junior candidates with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Compensation structured on a commission basis to reward performance.
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales by identifying and engaging new customers and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to tailor sales approaches effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with market demands.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
