With the investment of Selective Laser Melting machine, we are able to produce tool inserts with conformal cooling channels which allows uniform cooling across product thus improve part quality, minimize distortion and shorten cycle time during production. Through numerous internal testing and development, we are also capable to producing hybrid inserts to cater for our customer’s requirement at a shorter lead time with lower cost.
