The trio of students from The University of Gothenburg, Universidad Autonoma de Madrid, and The Technical University of Denmark (DTU) formed the startup, Legendary Vish and started to work together on an EU-led project three years ago, to develop 3D-printed plant-based vegan friendly Salmon.
