Production Personnel

Job Description

Function
Support the day-to-day operations at AFS Production department and assume responsibility for the production work-order execution of Aerospace components with Additive manufacturing.

Organization
The Production Personnel reports directly to the Production Manager.

Duties and responsibilities
a) Becoming proficient as Production personnel in FDM Additive Manufacturing technology, and subsequent post-processing technologies.
b) Create Manufacturing order (MO) on receipt of Summary of MO from POA Production Manager.
c) Process the production via Control center software.
d) Ensure all production data and reference drawing are stored under repository- Operations/Job management/Customer Fabrication files/EASA POA.
e) Submit print files to Printing Machine via control center.
f) Prepare 3D printing machine and perform production in according to procedure PRD-PP-003 Printing of POA Jobs.
g) Perform secondary post-processing of fabricated parts, including inspections, measurements, post-processing, media-blasting, packaging and delivery.
h) File all the manufacturing documents & delivery acceptance document in respective folder and store in records room cabinet.

Authority/Rights
a) Has the right to request information from his/her superior to fulfill his/her duties and responsibilities.
b) Request necessary instructions, training, specifications, inventory, equipment and facilities in order to fulfill the function of the department.
c) Present suggestions and proposals to his/her supervisor to promote the well-being of the company and its personnel.
d) Right for professional and in-service training.

Requirements to Position
a) Very good English – both written and verbal.
b) Proficient with MS Office.
c) Track-record working with industrial machines will be considered an advantage.
d) Highly punctual when working with documentation and data from various documents.
e) Good communication skills.
f) Advisable to have a Technical degree in mechanical engineering.
