No prior experience is required — just a strong interest in 3D printing and a willingness to learn. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with advanced additive manufacturing (AM) technologies used in research and manufacturing environments. This role empowers you to be both a technical expert and a service sales champion — and yes, you will earn commission for the opportunities you convert. 💰

 

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Technical Expertise – Be the Problem Solver

– Bring technology to life by installing, calibrating, and commissioning 3D printers and laboratory instruments.
– Keep systems running at their best through smart troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
– Empower users with on-site and remote technical support, including hands-on training.
– Document your work with clear reports and share recommendations that make a real difference.

2. Service Sales Growth – Turn Service into Opportunity

– Go beyond “fixing” by promoting value-added services: maintenance contracts, consumables, training, and upgrades.
– Spot opportunities during service visits and convert them into sales wins.
– Build strong, trust-based customer relationships that bring repeat business.
– Partner with the commercial team to expand the service sales pipeline and hit new growth milestone

- Are independent, motivated, and target-driven.
- Are open to occasional regional travel.
