Umami Bioworks is developing an automated, plug-and-play production system that we will license to manufacturing partners to enable them to produce cultivated seafood products. Via license and supply agreements, we will provide customers with a modular, automated production line, regulatory dossier, and support with product marketing. Our tech platform will enable customers to make a range of seafood products for multiple fish species and will provide quality assurance, food safety, and traceability controls.
