Our focus is on producing custom and complex alloy powders using inert gas atomization technology. Gas atomize powders are classified to different size cuts for use in variety of additive manufacturing techniques as well as metal injection moulding and other powder metallurgy applications. We also provide post-processing solutions for optimizing the desired final properties using hot isostatic pressing. Hot isostatic pressing process eliminates internal porosity and defects and provides internal stress relief.
