The Company

Mitsubishi Power Asia Pacific Pte as part of Mitsubishi Heavy Industry Group, had offered cutting-edge technologies and energy solutions for the energy sector throughout the world. By leveraging our deep expertise in materials science cultivated through our gas turbine R&D, we have developed proprietary gas atomize systems and technologies to produce high-performance AM powder and wires optimized for additive manufacturing application. Our high-performance powders enable precise modeling with both heat resistance and high ductility which can be used to make parts such as power generation turbines and aircraft engines. We also produce high-strength and heat resistant wires which allow the rapid fabrication or repair of large, strong parts such as aircraft engines or valves.

To offer AM solution to customers, we have opened AM-Zone®, the world’s only factory of its kind to provide one-stop processing from material production, molding, machining, characteristic evaluation, consultation and more. This allows us to run end-to-end AM fabrication processes independently and provide service in short time.
