AML3D® services focuses on Wire Additive Manufacturing (WAM®) for the creation of certified medium- to large-format metal parts, where faster delivery, lighter weight and stronger mechanical properties are required. When compared to traditional subtractive or cast methods, WAM® can save up to 80% material waste and can be up to 30% stronger.
Providing contract manufacturing services to Oil & Gas, Mining & Resources, Maritime, Manufacturing, Defence and Aerospace industries, AML3D® utilises proprietary software, WAMSoft® and AMLSoft® to plan pathways for deposition digitally; and simulate results for part success before the manufacturing starts. AML3D® is the OEM for ARCEMY® Print Modules. ARCEMY® by AML3D® combines state-of-the-art welding science, robotics technology, metallurgy and CAD software design; producing an automated metal 3D printing system that operates in a free-form environment.
