Mr Reuben Lim
Head of Strategic Engagement, IPOS International
Reuben is the Head of Strategic Engagement at IPOS International, the expertise and enterprise engagement arm of the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS). With over 14 years of experience in business development, Reuben has empowered both large enterprises and SMEs in uncovering valuable revenue and growth opportunities through active business partnering. He has led teams across the industries of investment, finance, and marine over at Singapore Airlines and Mapletree, amongst others. In every partnership, Reuben believes in translating meaningful relationships into mutually beneficial business outcomes for all. Reuben graduated from the Singapore Management University in Business Management, with a Magna Cum Laude. He is currently pursuing a Graduate Diploma in IP Management and Innovations Management at SUSS.

Ms Lucille Ong
Senior Associate, Marks & Clerk Singapore LLP
Lucille specialises in mechanical engineering, including additive manufacturing, biomedical devices, security devices and systems, manufacturing and production. Her practice includes drafting and prosecuting patent applications internationally and locally, and providing advice on patentability and opinions on infringement and validity. Lucille’s clients range from local SMEs to MNCs and public institutions. Lucille has a masters degree by research in mechanical engineering from the National University of Singapore and has considerable experience managing the patent portfolios of public research institutes. Lucille joined Marks & Clerk as a Singapore patent attorney in 2007 and qualified as a UK patent attorney in 2012.

Mr Hakon Ellekjaer
Head of Venture, 3D Printing, Wilhelmsen Ships Service
Hakon Ellekjaer is shipping and previous management consulting professional with a strong track record from transformation projects and digital ventures. Passionate about innovation and transformation – developing and bringing innovative products, solutions and services to the maritime industry. As Head of Venture – 3D Printing, he is fulfilling the vision to disrupt the supply chain for marine parts. Together with technology partners, they are providing a quality assured platform for digital inventory and on-demand ordering and manufacturing of spare parts – nearly eliminating all the expenses and time constraints associated with traditional supply chain and part production.
